- Lomnice - historic town zone. Church of the Visitation of the Virgin Mary by G.P. Tencalla ranks among most significant Early Baroque buildings in Moravia. The same author designed the town hall, a former brewery, inn and a chapel. Former Jewish quarter with a Baroque synagogue built at the beginning of the 18th century, Jewish cemetery at the periphery with tombstones dating back to the beginning of the 18th century. Jara Cimrman nature trail (4.5 km) leads from the town to the foot of the Sykor hill, idealized bust of the Czech genius at the end of the trail.
- Rudice - Stone Dutch-type windmill, display of mineralogy, speleology, metallurgy and metalworking; many karstic formations nearby such as the Rudice subsidence.

Fishing and water sports
- Jedovnice - Olsovec recreation pond (40 ha) at the town, a centre of water sports and fishing.
- Letovice - renaissance castle above the town (closed to the public); the castle grounds include a park with rare trees, one of most valuable in the region. A Gothic St. Procopius Church built in the mid-1400s was rebuilt later; the interior contains tombstones dating back to the 16th century. A Baroque monastery of the Brothers of Mercy, a hospital today, includes the original pharmacy equipment. Reservoir on the Kretinka river in the vicinity; water sports, fishing.

Horseback riding
- Olsany - Bolek Polivka farm, place of cultural and sports events, mostly of a prankish character. The village was the setting for the film “Dedictvi aneb Kurvahosigutntag”.
Climbing
- Sloup rocks - rocky range near Sloup, training terrain for climbers. Above the local sports ground rise the “Europe” and “India”, on the east are the three “Father”, “Mother” and “Son” ridge rocks. In front of The Sloupsko-Sosuvske Caves entrance is the 19-metre-high, isolated Hrebenac rock.
